Four therapeutic approaches, each rooted in traditional Thai massage and shaped to what your body needs today.

Thai massage is a completely natural practice that aims to heal the human body and mind — both mentally and physically — in the light of Far Eastern philosophy and wisdom. Technically, it applies pressure to the points along the body's energy channels to balance the flow of energy, and includes passive yoga postures to bring flexibility and mobility to the joints.
It is a highly effective form of massage for relieving physical illnesses, joint and muscle problems. Many of the techniques used by physiotherapists today have their roots in Thai massage. At the end of a session you feel renewed, and your channels of energy have opened.

A trigger point is a tight, contracted area within muscle tissue that causes pain and shortens the muscle, reducing its flexibility. Postural disorders, working conditions and accidents overstrain the muscles and create these knots in the body.
Unless they are resolved, these nodes reveal themselves as pain, stiffness, numbness, weakness and dysfunction in various parts of the body. With trigger point massage it is possible to find the blocked points within the taut muscle bands and release them through various pressure techniques — together with the receiver's breath and awareness — helping the body return to its normal performance.

Reflexology relies on the principle that all of the organs of the body have reflection regions on the foot. When these regions are stimulated, the healing mechanisms of the body are activated.
It is a supportive therapy that is effective in both acute and chronic conditions. It helps to ease headaches, digestive and immune system problems, menstruation and a range of other health complaints.

Massage therapy is a wonderful way to relax, unwind and rejuvenate. Yet some people find the touch and pressure of massage unsettling, even overwhelming, because of a history of trauma. Trauma-informed massage is an approach that recognises the unique needs and experiences of those who have survived trauma.
This type of work prioritises creating a safe and comfortable environment, so each person can receive the healing benefits of massage. Through a combination of science and the ancient knowledge of Thai massage, gentle touch aims to effectively reduce the negative impact of such experiences on the body.
